Title: Hall's Road.
Post by: paul_reeves on November 06, 2013, 10:07:56 AM
On Monday I spent the day on Hall's Road in Whitby, mainly to get more shots of the Rusty Blackbirds. I accomplished that and managed to get a few more of the birds that frequent the southern path.

Nice collection indeed. A rusty Blackbird and a white-breasted nuthatch will be lifers for me if I find them.

Thanks Dinusaur. I am not sure how much longer the Rusty's will stay there but if last year was any indication, at least one of the two White-breasted Nuthatches will hang around all winter.

Thank you hoodlum. Good luck if you go out to Halls for the Rustys.

Finally found the white breasted nuthatch at Halls Road today; it is a lifer for me. They are slightly bigger than the red-breasted nuthatches which I see in abundance at my backyard.
