On behalf of The Owl Foundation I had dropped off an injured GHO to the care of the Toronto Wildlife Center where the staff asked if I wanted to see a Long-Eared Owl in a tree outside. The bird was huddled back in the thick of a spruce tree and it's just gone 5.00pm so lighting was very quite poor. Anyway here's a couple of very "noisy" images.
