Title: Decided not to migrate?

Located this Juvenile turkey vulture today 30 Nov 2013 in Presqu'ile Provincial Park . Normally they migrate much further south, it flew off later with no problems so it appears to be fairly healthy.

We've seen them in Mississauga, Dixie and 401 area in January.  Blew my mind!
