Title: Junko city
Post by: Napper on December 01, 2007, 04:53:01 PM
Hey Ho..

The Junko's have finally arrived in force in my yard... Starting about a three weeks ago one lonely junko... Now the total is near 20...

Variety of birds has been  greater this year...

There must have been 40 birds under and at my feeders around 10:00 am this morning.. Storm coming

Napper :))

p.s. Blue jays seem to have disappeared, Crows still hanging around,  Daily visits from at least one "Coopers", one Downy visits my feeder daily??, Doves  are everyhere.  3 male Cardinals today chasing each other around. The White breasted nuthatch pair are around most of the day and are nearly tame..

I like seeing these little birds around in the winter, they are really active and fun to watch.
