Title: Pine Grosbeaks in Richmond Hill - revised - west not east of
Post by: Anonymous on December 07, 2007, 02:20:00 PM
For you local winter and other birders.

Just a block from my home at 1pm I found 12 Pine Grosbeaks feeding in a Crab Apple Tree on Oxford Street in Richmond Hill. The tree is on the front lawn of the first house west of Yonge Street on the north side of Oxford Street. This tree looks like it could feed the flock for several days so they may hang around.

Oxford Street is one block south of Elgin Mills Road West.

Richmond Hill is north of Toronto and straddles Yonge Street.
