Found these two while out looking for snowys, hope the snowys sleep up high

Wow, fantastic!   8)   They are both looking quite healthy and definitely have their "Winter fur".

Happy New Year Dave!  First bird sighted yesterday morning at Lake A. ... Ring-billed Gull.

thanks..the first one was so red and fluffy and right at the road side, I didn't really pay much attention at first as I thought it might be a husky dog, as was next to a house but than it quickly moved more into field along with its friend and both began jumping and pouncing on field mice
