Title: Great grey owls?

One was spotted just northeast of the GTA - probably a 40 minute drive.
Wondering if it's possible that this is an eruption year.
from what i remember, GGOs and hawk owls are late winter movers.

Its not supposed to be an interruption year but neither was last year and they showed up so who really knows except the owls  :roll:
