Title: Juvenile Bald eagle passes through Scarborough Bluffers Park

12:20pm all of a sudden all the pigeons, ducks, Geese & seagulls took to the skies. I scanned the skies looking for the the cause and spotted this Juvenile Bald Eagle flying through, in  a snow storm no less. He continued east and I checked points east but he was not sighted again.
