Title: Snowy Owl (?)

I think I spotted a snowy owl today around 5:15pm.  Would've posted sooner but was waiting for moderator approval on my acccount.  I was driving on the Woodbine Bypass in Markham.  I'm not a birder but figured you all would appreciate the location of such a rare find. Excuse the picture quality, but I was using my cell phone in a pretty thick snowfall, and from quite a distance.
