A little flock of 9 Horned Larks was on the outer edge of the Spit this afternoon - past the path that crosses over the fish weir between Cells 1 and 2.
One heavily barred Snowy owl was out on the ice in Cell 3. Lots of winter ducks, a hunting Red-tailed hawk, a few chickadees,
and a muskrat on the ice in Cell 1.
