Today I swung by Downsview for a quick walk and saw quite a bit of activity. I saw TV's, many hawks, a few crows, Killdeer, Horned Larks, blackbirds and Canada Geese. It's really starting to pic up now that winter is slowly lifting. Well worth a visit on a nice day like today.

I was there for about an hour and half this afternoon and saw a flock of Killdeer (photos in Ontario birds section).

I usually hear the Killdeer nothing Friday or today.
Friday at lunch I spotted two Redtails with their talons intertwined in flight.
Friday at 3:00 pm spotted three kestrel's doing their spring thing and mama checking
two old nest locations in the side of a Hanger.
Napper :D
