Title: Are these Cackling Geese???

Came across a flooded corn field and noticed in amongst the Canada Geese were about a dozen of what appeared to be noticeably smaller Geese. I wonder if these might be Cackling Geese - smaller bodies, short blunt beaks and the rounder head. Photo quality is pretty poor - apologies.
