Title: Western Meadowlark and a gang of Turkey Vultures
Post by: Danico on April 07, 2014, 05:02:12 PM
Driving down the Ferris side road in Harrow today and my wife and I spotted the usual winter suspects still hanging around, (junco, horned lark and still a few buntings) but then we spotted a pair of western meadowlarks which we hadn't seen in two years. We also came upon a large gang of vultures (25-30) cleaning off a deer carcass in a field off Coulter side road. Come on spring!!! :D
