Title: Can someone identify this pair?

Forgot to post this pair last night. It was such an INCREDIBLE day at Toronto Harbour and The Toronto Islands yesterday! We saw so many birds we'd never seen before … and it's only going to get busier! I can't imagine the damage JETS and an EXTENDED RUNWAY will do to our fine-feathered friends! We're working hard to stop it from happening, though  :)
