I am gradually seeing new birds this season from my usual Juncos, Cardinals, and House Sparrows - in the past week I have seen Downy Woodpeckers, House Finches, Red-breasted Nuthatchs, and a White-throated Sparrow.
I am getting anxious and excited to put my Oriole feeder out as I had regular orange and black visitors. Can I expect Orioles in May? I am at Yonge and Sheppard.

The very first orioles will usually arrive in the last few days of April, but they won't be common until the second week of May or so.
