Chipping Sparrow? - but the 'cap' does not match any of my guides

1st one I'm not sure, could even be Clay Coloured.  Better to wait for someone who is more positive on the ID.  2nd one is definitely a Fox Sparrow.

Thanks, Canoncan & Rotarren - 2 new ones for me --- and all while sitting on the deck enjoying a few brews with my neighbour.  :D  :D  :D
