Title: does anyone know what kind of swallow this is please?

This bird was seen in the late afternoon in Taylor Creek Park today.
Could it be a rough-winged swallow? I was VERY far away and the bird just wouldn't turn around for me to get a look at its breast markings.

Thanks in advance for any help with positive ID.

Yes, it looks like Northern Rough-winged Swallow.
