I saw quite a few birds although nowhere near as many as will be up there shortly. I only got a few shots so will be travelling up there again soon.

Great variety of birds Paul. Looking forward to more from your next trip.
I really like the Phoebe with nesting material. Super against the brownish background. Shows the bird well.

Thanks Meghan. I can't wait either: Hopefully I will be up there very soon and the birds will be more cooperative.
Dave, as I'm sure you already know (and I know you know), I accidentally went swimming trying to get closer to the Bittern. That wasn't why I didn't get more shots, though. I also shot a Savannah Sparrow, Brown Thrasher, Eastern Bluebird, Turkey Vulture, Eastern Meadowlark, and Ruffed Grouse, and this may sound a bit (a lot???) snobbish and I'm sorry if it is, but the quality wasn't up to my standards so I deleted them.
