Title: Help ID this bird

Saw it May 7th in South Mississauga  - Think it's a Ruby-crowned Kinglet , but the eye ring is so strong and the beak is thick.

That's a Blue-headed Vireo. It's a fair bit bigger than a kinglet, and usually slower moving.
