Please help in ID'ing the following:
#1 & #2: Same bird - two different frames

#3  Some kind of Flycatcher with apparent crest- not sure what

#4 Veery? With sun behind the bird the color didn't come out right.

1-2. Black-throated Green Warbler
3. An Empidonax, my guess would be Willow, but song is required to separate it from Alder with certainty.
4. Swainson's Thrush (Veery has hardly any spotting on the breast)

Thouc ..... For the swainsons......identifying features?.....eye ring??

Buffy complete eye-ring, medium spotting on chest and overall brown back and tail.
