Title: Unknown Bird

I saw this bird today in Waterloo. Wondering what you think it is. At first, thought it was yellow warbler but then noticed the markings on the head. Sorry for the picture quality. Thank you for any thoughts.

Your first thought is correct, it's a Yellow Warbler. Not sure about the streaks on the head.

The McGill website says it's not unusual for Yellow warblers to have orange on the cap.
