I don't know a lot about flycatchers but I also think least. I know that they are passing through now. I also think the solid eye-ring is a good clue for least. But flycatchers are pretty hard to differentiate unless they vocalize.

The bill on this bird looks more like a vireo's bill

It's an Empidonax flycatcher.  The bold eye ring suggests Least, but they are notoriously difficult to identify without hearing them call. Least are generally the first to arrive, but any of the species could be here by now.
