Title: Flycatcher? If so which one?

This little one was sharing the tree with 6 or 8 Goldfinches that were very vocal so I could not attribute any particular call/song to this bird. :(
Any suggestions please??

That explains why I could not identify it in my Flycatcher section of my guide!! :?  As always many thanks for the help Thomas. :D

Great find and great photo! If you look, you can clearly see the little "hook" at the tip of the bill that shows its a vireo.
