Need help with this one. At first glance I thought it was a Yellow-rumped, but with a split eye ring, yellow throat, chest and belly, streaks/dots on chest and a yellow patch on the back it doesn't seem to fit. Comments and thoughts will be appreciated as always.

It looks like a female Magnolia Warbler. I'm thinking the apparent yellow undertail coverts is just a trick of the lighting. Magnolia Warblers can present some very confusing plumages in the spring. Some (first year?) birds show up in odd variations of non-breeding plumage.

Thanks Brian. :D
I did look at Magnolias but there seemed to much variance, now you say that that is 'normal'.
I think I am getting a headache.

I agree with Brian. I believe that the undertail pattern is diagnostic.
