To me, it looks like a cerulean warbler. Nice find!

How about a female Blackpoll Warbler (some don't have the bright yellow legs)?

Based on the colour of the cedar, this photo appears to have a fairly strong blue cast, so the colours might be a bit misleading. My first impression of the face pattern was female Cape May, but with that pronounced streaking on the back, I'd go with female Blackpoll.
