Title: Etienne Brule Great Egret
Post by: Dinusaur on June 07, 2014, 11:37:58 PM
Heard of a great egret fishing in the Humber River at the park. Went there on Saturday morning; after waiting for an hour the bird showed up. It seemed to be tolerant of human activity; at one point it was about 3 meters from a man who was building rock sculptures in the river. Here are some sample photos from the outing today.
