Post by: mac1958 on June 14, 2014, 11:20:09 AM
This sat on my neighbours roof for about 1/2 hour  making all kids of calls. Never seen this before. Any help?

Thanks.
It doesn't seem that it is very common to sight them on the roof of a house in the city.  :-)

They are not native to North America, but quite a few are released/escaped and can show up anywhere.

One was reportedly seen in the Mississauga area not too long ago.  Whereabouts was this?

very nice....though not  a species found here. Last year, a few sightings were reported, but probably an escapee.
