Title: Brown-headed cowbird??

Hi all,
Attached are 3 photos:
#1 showing sparrow and what I think might be a brown-headed cowbird (in the upper right)
#2 and #3 closer crops of similar pictues focussing only on the bird for which I would like help IDing.
Is this a cowbird? female? juvenile?

Looks like a brown head cowbird to me as well.
