Title: Are both the same?
Post by: Dinusaur on August 30, 2014, 08:42:31 PM
Despite their slight size difference, are they both Solitary Sandpiper? The streaks on the neck and abundance of white spots on upper side of the wings are also different. And there may be difference in beak size as well.

1. Bigger one with distinct neck streaking

2. Slightly smaller one with more defused streaking on the neck

3. And here's one side by side
