All these are long distant shots and are pretty crappy - my apologies. If they turn out to be Black-bellied Plovers they will be a first for me.

In these two the bird bottom right of the top photo is enlarged in the bottom photo - I'm intrigued because it's chest appears to be orange/yellow unlike the others I saw yesterday.

Yes, they all appear to be Black-bellied Plovers. The black axillaries ("wing pits"), visible in flight are diagnostic. The only similar bird in our area is the American Golden-Plover. Juveniles can be hard to distinguish, but those look more like Black-bellied to me.
