I believe this is an Autumn Meadowhawk but my Dragonfly Identification skill is fair at best. I'm hoping someone could help me out with a Yeah or Nay.

Yes, Autumn (aka "Yellow-legged") Meadowhawks are the only ones in that group that don't have black legs. The only ones that actually have yellow legs like this one are immatures.

Agree with Brian, it's an Autumn Meadowhawk and it's a female.
The triangular genital plate at the end of the abdomen makes it a female Autumn.
