Title: Help identify this bird

I have chased this/these birds for 2 days now.  It is definately a hawk or falcon.  There are a few of them on the gravel roads around my house.  (Milverton)
It has a very dark body with white bands at the tip of wings.   About the size of a red tail.  Or smaller.  Why I think it is a falcon.
How do I post a picture?

It doesn't sound like any Ontario hawk or falcon, but that would not be an uncommon colour pattern for a Rock Pigeon.

which, when you remove those "code" tags, will end up looking like an anime image of me...

Just make sure that you are using a jpeg, jpg, bmp, gif or other image file.  If you think the image file has a htm or html extension, you are looking at the page and not the photo.  You can link to a page (the htm or html file) by using the "url" tags.  If you need further (or more clear instruction) don't hesitate to ask.
