Last two week-ends a few of us was fortunate enough to witness some spectacular shows of a juvenile red-tailed hawk at different locations at the park.
1. Hovering to locate the prey

2. First of two kills that we observed Sunday, Oct 5

3. 20 minutes later the second kill - paraded around and then settled down to eat on the slope about 10 meters away from us
