It has an unusually dark neck band, but it is a first winter Bonaparte's Gull. Note dark trailing edge of wing (Kittiwake has white trailing edge, except tip), gap between dark on front end of wing at tip and the dark diagonal marking (joined together in Kittiwake making a W shape) and relatively long and slender bill (shorter and thicker in Kittiwake).
