If someone could help identify this warbler it would be greatly appreciated.
We found this bird in a small park in Markham.

Looks to me like a Chestnut-sided Warbler. The yellow crown and back, bold eye ring, white throat and bright wing bars suggest either a fall female or 1st year male. Much different from the spring males! A beautiful bird.
