The photo's Flickr page says it was taken around 5 PM on Oct 28. Wow, some laggards are still around it seems.

It was at Oshawa Pumphouse Marsh today perched in a tree on the barrier beach. It is at the rightmost part visible from the lookout. That tree top is also visible from the beach which is where I took the photo.

I saw two Ospreys using the same tree Aug 15 too, don't know if this stragler is one of them. Both photos are within the first ten photos on Flicker https://www.flickr.com/photos/61658184@N08/.

It may be the same bird that was at Second Marsh and Darlington Provincial Park on the weekend.
