Title: Snowy Owl, Mississauga

I saw a Snowy Owl today at about 5:15 pm on Kennedy Rd in Mississauga just north of the 401. It flew in and landed on a post beside the road.

I was normally seeing at least one again this season along the south side of the 401 near the 410 up until a couple weeks ago.  I blamed all the construction in the fields and then read about them trapping 14 around Pearson so far.  Nice to know at least one is still around and will keep a look out.  It's a great end to a work day, driving home and passing one.
