Very nice pictures.

According to eBird the flamingo is nowadays called American Flamingo (changed from Caribbean Flamingo as it also occurs on Galapagos Islands) and the troupial Venezuelan Troupial (Troupial split into 3 species).

did you see any yellow-shouldered parrot? did you try to find them?
how about ruby-topaz hummingbird?

Hi Pat

I did go look for the yellow-shouldered parrots - got a glimpse in the park in the north of the island, but no pictures.

And yes to the ruby-topaz and blue-tailed emerald hummingbirds - daily visitors to the garden.
Sounds like you've visited Bonaire - any luck with the yellow-shouldered parrots?

I did get several good looks at the parrots but no great pictures.  None were seen in the national park.  Some were in the area I stayed in, Santa Barbara, others were on cliff behind parking for dive site Weber's Joy (near 1000 steps).
I got 7 out of 8 possible lifers, only one missed was Caribbean coot which was probably absent from the island when I was there.

Great shots. I particularly like the ruby topaz. They never stayed still long enough for me!
