Title: Requesting help to ID this bird please

All 4 images are of the same bird which has a red band on right leg with "5".
As always any help is appreciated

This is an immature red-tailed hawk.  Note the "belly band" - a zone of dark markings across lower chest/belly, and the dark leading edge to the underside of the inner half of the wings.
