Title: Franklin's Gull ?

Shot this in April in South Carolina.  Seems a little out of place if Franklin's Gull as I understand they are more central and western USA.
Is this the right bird?

Laughing Gull is my thought, based on white marks on primaries.

Yes, Laughing Gull, very common on the east coast.
