Title: Greater or Lesser Scaup?

Taken today in Kingston, both shots are of the same bird.

Greater, note the evenly rounded head and large black nail on the bill. Greater Scaup outnumbers Lesser perhaps 100 to 1 or more on Lake Ontario in winter/
