Title: Odd woodpecker in High Park

Hi all ... This is the best picture I could manage of a woodpecker I saw in High Park in Toronto today ... I had assumed it was a hairy woodpecker, but the yellowish-brown cheek is throwing me off. Could it be a hybrid of some sort? Thanks!

Looks like a Hairy Woodpecker. I'm not sure the cheek thing actually belongs to the bird, might be something in front that got blurred out in the picture.
