Nice photo - finding this little bird in a vast open area in a wintry day is a real challenge - you have done well.

Thanks Dinusaur. I met them while they were foraging on bumpy ground at the Cell 3 section. I also met the Snowy Owl towards at the end of the tip. Here is the photo for sharing.
