Can anybody help me for the ID ?

The rump and the undertail coverts are the most important characters for the ID, and neither can be seen in this picture. I don't think it's possible to make a positive ID from this picture. Do you have any more pictures of this bird?

Looks like a Hoary but as Thouc said probably best not to identify from just this shot, especially without comparison to other redpolls.
