I was on Rushbrooke Ave. yesterday looking for a parking spot when I saw a bird flying ahead of me. It was white, about the size of a morning dove, maybe a touch bigger, and until it landed in a tree I thought it might be a gull. I didn't have my camera ready and didn't get a great look at it. It was really white underneath, with the head/back being a darker colour. When I made a second trip, camera ready, it was gone.
Any ideas?

My first guess would be a Rock Dove (city Pigeon) as they can have all sorts of colours, including white and they are a litte bit larger than Mourning Doves.
