Title: flycatcher leslie street spit

i saw this at the spit yesterday, saturday april 11th 2015....i have a pic of an eastern phoebe, however, this one looks a little different....the head is not dark...perhaps lighting?

It looks like a phoebe to me. With the time of year, no wing bars, and an all black bill, I can't think of another likely suspect.
