Spotted at Col Sam Smith Park this weekend.

Dinu, the only thing I can tell you is to look for a bump that shouldn't be there.
It also helps when you know there's a bird in the area which was the case here.

Unless you have a lot of skill, and even more patience, birds like this are usually found by accident while following or looking for birds that are moving or calling.
