Title: Flycatcher?

This was taken at Lake Wabukayne a week ago.  i only have photos from this angle.

I think it's a Yellow-bellied.  Empids are tough without a call, and I'd be tempted to dismiss the yellow eye ring as a colour cast, except that the wing bars are clearly white.

Thanks Brian.  Here's another heavily cropped photo of the bird.  The only other photo just shows the back of the head.

A view of the breast and /or throat would help, but I still think it's a Yellow-bellied.
