There appears to be a Chimney Swift colony in and around the low-rise buildings on the aptly named Swift Drive near the DVP and Eglinton Avenue. They're everywhere and in the short time that I observed them they appeared to fly to and from the aforementioned buildings...though I can't tell where exactly they shelter. The chimneys on the those buildings look too small to fly into.
