Which Flycatcher is this?

Thanks for your help.

It looks like a Yellow-bellied Flycatcher. When did you take the picture?
-
Not a Yellow-bellied. Any empid can have a bright yellow belly, the distinctive feature of Yellow-bellied is the yellow throat, with fairly low contrast to the rest of the head. This is a Least.
